TPEI has a zero tolerance policy with respect to accidents in the workplace. We are committed to the well-being of our employees, clients and the general public when conducting work on any of our sites. We take great pride in our dedication to exceed the most demanding environmental and industry safety standards, as is evidenced by our exceptional safety and compliance record. Our employees are trained in every facet of our services including, but not limited to, HAZWOPER, asbestos, mould, confined space entry, high voltage electrical safety, fall arrest, arial work platforms, transportation of dangerous goods, emergency spill response and many others.

We employ full time health and safety workers who are responsible for overall implementation of safe work practices; they conduct routine safety meetings prior to and during all of our projects in order to keep everyone abreast of all procedures and any potential health and safety hazards. These individuals also routinely update their qualifications to ensure that the company stays up to date on the latest health and safety changes in the industry and regulatory requirements.

Prior to commencing work as an employee of Tri-Phase, all new employees part take in a safety orientation session that outlines the policies and procedures of the company that in turn, are aligned with industry standards. In addition, they receive any and all required training for the tasks they will be performing.
